I am a St. Louis real estate investor with 18+ years in the game — wholesaling, flipping, and stacking rentals with the BRRRR method. I also take the health side seriously, because a fat bank account on a broken body is a bad trade.
The work
I bought my first property at 20 while I was at the University of Missouri–Columbia. Since then I have helped run House Sold Easy, built a rental portfolio, and co-hosted the Discount Property Investor podcast with Mike Slane. We have wholesaled 700+ houses and keep teaching the same simple playbook: talk to sellers, make offers, use other people’s money.
